Tips to ensure you love your song the first time
There are some simple things you can do to make sure your song is as close to your vision as possible
- Context Helps: Provide Some context around your details. Random words and phrases with no context are harder to smoothly work into your song.
- Excluding Details: If you submit details and don’t want them included in your song, please let us know within your submission. Otherwise, your entire submission is fair game to include in your song.
- Mood + Tempo Influence: The song’s mood(s) you select will set the overall vibe and feeling you want to convey with your song. The tempo explicitly refers to the number of beats per minute or the speed/pace of your song.
- Pronunciations: Please provide pronunciation for any uncommon names, places, and words within your submission. Record yourself using your phone’s voice recorder and upload the file to the order form when asked.
- Specific Style: If you have a specific style of your genre in mind, please mention that. (i.e. Pop Country, Punk Rock, Piano and not guitar, etc.)
Additional services for your original song
Requests that differ from your original song request will incur additional fees. These include:
- Your song re-created in a different tempo than your original selection
- Your song recorded in a different perspective than first-person
* These services depend on our capability and availability. Our Customer Experience team will be happy to review any requests and do everything we can to fulfill them.
Original song services that we do not currently offer
Below are some of the revision requests we do not currently offer:
- Requesting changes, removals, or additions of instrumentation within a song
- Asking for melodies, words, notes, or runs to be performed differently
- Fully adding or removing additional lines in the middle of verses, stanzas, or choruses
- Requesting a re-recording of your song’s lyrics after you have fully rewritten them
Important: All Worry-Free revision requests must be entered via your song dashboard within 48 hours of song delivery. All songs will be finalized and locked in 7 days post-delivery. Any revisions requested to your song after 7 days post-delivery will incur additional fees and will be completed based on our availability.

Cancellations & Refunds
Our process to create your original song begins promptly upon placing your order. Please note that orders requesting cancellation within 24 hours of purchase are subject to a 20% processing fee based on the total order price. Once this 24-hour timeframe elapses, cancellations are not permissible under any circumstances.
While we do not provide refunds for songs in progress or already completed, our devoted customer experience team is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with the final product. Our Worry-Free Guarantee enables you to fine-tune your song’s lyrics, and we offer supplementary services that empower you to modify other elements such as mood, genre, tempo, etc., albeit at additional costs.
